Logan and Carolyn Bland were united in marriage December 31, at 2 p.m. in the home of the bride's aunt, Mrs. Frank Wood of Holland.Arrangements of fern, yellow and white roses andchrysanthemums wereplaced at points about the home where the couple spoke their vows.The bride's dress was a long multi-colored tailored design of pleated chiffon, and she carried a bouquet of chrysanthemums, yellow roses and light orange colored carnations.She was attended asmatron of honor by Mrs. Jim Logan of Gonzales, sister-in-law of the groom, while the groom's best man was his brother, Mr. Logan.A reception was held immediately following the ceremony after which the couple left for a wedding trip to Hunt.The groom, the son of Mrs. Fannie Mae Logan of this city, is employed by the Featherlite Corporation, and the bride is employed by the Georgetown Independent School District.They are now making their home on Route 1, Holland.
