Cold, cold, this is one of the coldest winters ye scribe lias ever experienced. Last Thursday evening when the coldest norther of the season blew up the question from everybody was '‘where did that norther [come from? there were only (two little clouds aboyo us about the sh.e of a mans hat but it preyed very cold, about 3 o'clock the next morning it began to sleet and by o’clock everything was white which is seldom ever seen here.
