Blankenship were united in marriage at the St. John United Churcn of Christ on Nov. 25. Dr. Don J. W. Burkhalter officiated at the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold W. Barklage of St. Charles and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Blankenship of Afftan. Janet Barklage was maid of honor. Nancy Barklage and Cathy Blankenship were bridesmaids. Beth Aisenhour was flower girl. Mike Blankenship served as best man. Groomsmen were Greg Blankenship and Dennis O'Sullivan. Ushers were David and Paul Torbitzky. Mrs. George Morris sang, and was accompanied by Herb Pundmarm at the organ. The reception and dance was held at the V.F.W. Hall. Diane Kneemiller attended the guest book. The newlyweds are making their home in Mehlville.
