One of the prettiest society affairs of the season was the marriage of Miss Inez Dougal and Mr. Stephen Fleming •which was solemnized this morning at the Cathedral. The bride, a bright and winning young lady, is the daughter of Captain and Mrs. Allan H. Dougal, and the groom Ib a son of the late Hon. William Fleming.
