On hATURt)XY, the arrival of the Princess of | Pritssia at Buckingham Palace intimated that the Royal Wedding entertainments are to begin, and a State banquet at the Palace to-day will be an introduction to the. festivities and recreations of the week. On Tuesday the first of the special performances at the Opera-house will take place ; on Wednesday there will be a review and a state-ball; and on Saturday the bridegroom will be expected to reach London, and he and his party be ready for the marriage at the beginning of the next week. Meanwhile everything has been got 'ready at St.J ames’s Palace. After the Royal Marriage is over, if not before, Ave may expect Prince Albert to be still further honoured with the title of “Kino Consort,” as iiie hints which have been tbroAvn out on tliis subject are evidently intended to foreshadow an order -f the Queen and Council. The Court Circular, winch takes credit to itself for having heralded the idea, and Avhich lias been inspired to do so by some other head than its own, imagines that the press liaa generally acquiesced in the proposed title, and that the country may, therefore, be regarded as favourable to the change. The press, however,. has overlooked the matter as not likely to be one that is seriously meant, and the Court may be assur ed that the nation is not disposed to make Prince Albert a King.Th« (rinspMt*. in nnnt.liflr sunnlpmpnf. mikliatiAo !
