Marriage Ritual Read Here For Miss Leairice Hull, Mr. SloanMiss Leatrice Hull, daughter of Russell Hull of White Deer, became the bride of Herndon Sloan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sloan, PAmpft. in a single ring ceremony read at 4 p. m.r Jan. 14, in the Ifirst Method dist church .parsonage. The Rev. E. B. Bowen read the HtUal.Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sloan, Mrs. Ralph Sloan, Mr. nhd Mrs. W. L. Herndon of Perrys toil.''the bride wore a street-lenfeth white jersey dress with gold sequins and matching accessories. Her Cot-sage of gardenias.The bridegroom's mother Wore a black and white dress with matching accessories and a carnation corsage.Following the marriage ceremony a reception was held in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Sloan, 711 E. Browning. A yellow and white color scheme decorated the lace-covered table which was centered with a threc-ticred bride’s cake. Mts. Mel Davis poured punch and cake wns served by Mrs. Ralph Sloan.The bride attended White Deer schools and graduated, in 1944. She was a member of the National Honor Society. The bridegroom attended Painpu schools and graduated in 1941.Attending the reception were members of the immediate family and a few close friends.
