Curry officiating, in the presence of a small group uf intimate friends.The bride wore a gown of mid night blue with gold accessories and a shoulder corsage of white gar-denirs.The attendants of the \ ridal couple were: Mr. and Mrs. K. B. Lyk’ns, Morehead, Mr. and Mrs. Ralston, P keville, and Miss Ray Mocabee, of Ashland.The bride, a daughter of Mrs. Wanda Carter, Olive Hill, and the late Hansford Carter, is a graduate of the Olive Hill High School, and was a student at Morehead State Teachers College for two years. At the time of her marriage she was employed in Frankfort, Ky.Mrs. McKamey ;s well known in Morehead, having been selected the most beautiful girl in a local beauty contest in August, 1934, and representing this city in an Ashland contest.Mr. McKamey is a broker in Louisville, end is also connected with an insurance company, and is at the present t'me working in several states.
