Miss Ann Folta And E. W. Westhouse To Marry January 31Mr. and Mrs. Francis J. Folta of Martiiisburg have announced the engagement of their youngest daughter. Miss Ann Folta, to Edward C. Westhouse, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence C. Westhouse, of St. Louis.The wedding is planned for Jan-1 uary 31 at 10 a. m. at the St. Margaret of Scotland church, in St. Louis.Miss Folta was graduated from St Joseph High School in 1943 and Martinsburg High School in 1945. After her graduation, she accepted a position as legal secretary in St. Louis, In 1949 she accepted a position with the Board of Education as secretary to die Director of Education.Mr. Westhouse graduated from St. Louis University School of Commerce with a B. S. degree in 1948. The following year he attended St. Louis University School of Law and received his L. L. B. degree in 195L After being received into the Missouri Bar Association he began practicing law in St. Lauis. In September 1952 he was appointed Probate Judge and Magistrate of Madison county and was elected to the position November 4, 1952.
