Miss Kathleen Elizabeth White Becomes Bride of Howard Mathison; Rites Performed in Big SpringMiss Kathleeen Elizabeth White, daughter of Mr*. C. S, White of thiscity and Howard Mathison of BigSpring were unUed in marriage Tuesday evening, Jan. 9 at 7 o'clock in a ceremony performed in the First Presbyterian Church in B t Spring. Rev. J. F. Moore officiated.Vows were caid before an altar nrrn nged with white gladioli and carnations before a lighted cross. , The bride was attired in a be*ge v.oolcn costume with a pink carnation corsage. The couple was attended by Mrs. J. E. Moore and Shine Phillips,Mrfc. Mathison graduated fromGreenville High School and attended Blast Texas State Teachers College in Commerce. She is a graduate of the Sanatorium School of Nursing and at the time of her marriage was a member of the raduate nursing staff there.The bridegroom, son of Mrs. J. W M ithlson of DoFuniak Springs Fin., is a graduate of Palmer Academy and Junior College of DeFu-niak Springs. He came to Texas in 1935 where he graduated from the Texas University College of Pharmacy. He is now employed hrdldd macy. He is now an employe of State Sanatorium.Mr. and Mrs. Mathison will be at horn- to their friends in Sanatorium.
