Miss Seay registered the guests and Miss Rice, assisted bv Miss Vas-Wck. st r\ ed punch, cookies and nuts.Miss Bean and Miss Whiteplayed piano selections and Miss Bohannon sang.The refreshment table was covered with a white lace cloth. Blue streamers, with Raymond and Pat written in gold, decorated the table.Mr and Mrs. Maxwell wore married in Abilene at the home of the bride s grandmother, Mrs. Kula Lundy. on Dec. IT, at 7:30 p. m. The ceremony was per-formed by J. D. Thomas. Bibleteacher at Abilene Christian College.The wedding party stood in front of the fireplace. The bride'sattendant was Patty Rice of Stam-ford and th** groom’s attendantwas Mack Clark of Rochester.T o bride wore a white* suitwith brown accessories and ablue hat. Goree Jr . is a junior in Stamford High school \d p ans to finish her work by•orrosnordenoe. She was a member of the pep squad.Mr. Maxwell, who operates \ service station, graduated from Stam fora High School in 195 ’ and attended Abilene Christian College for a year. Active in athletics in high school.
