New Year's greetings to yen, Mr. Editor, and we wish you and your readers a happy and prosperous year for 1915.Christmas hate gone, and the holidays were spent very quiet and pleasantly through here. The weather being so bad, tin re waisn’t very much visiting.Mr. J. H. McEver spent the holidays with his daughter, in Alabama.Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Evan's spent the holidays with home folks here, and have returned to their schooliat Archer Grove.Mr. and Mite. T. K. Randolph of 1 Winder visited Mr. H. P. Baird’s/ family and Mr. S. G. Barnett’s family during Christmas week.Mils. George Bachelor, who ha's been confined to her room for some time, is not improving very mu h, if any.If times are hard, there has been a few wcddingls in our burg. On Tbankgiving day, Mr. Bud Willow by and Mies Theresa Kenney were happily married, at the home of the bride; and on the second Sunday in December, Mr. Elia Is Banins and Mbs Hester Usher were married; and on Wednesday in Chritnuais, Mr. DesUr Pursan and Miste Guisie Morgan were united in the holy bond3 of wedlock.Mts® Bertie Cruse re-entered school at Hosehton, Monday, j School its right good, under the management of Mteses Etta Evans and May Taylor; and parents ahould keep their children in techier a/ll they possibly can, for school terms I in the country aie too uhort -ny i way.
