—Emelia Garza has been arrested charged with violating the new city law by keeping a disorderly house without a license. She is the first to be arrested and trial is set for tomorrow morning. Meanwhile her attorney, Col. Walthall, has applied for a writ of habeas corpus in the district courts,to head off the city by the state law. This may be heard this afternoon.
