He receivedhis Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona in 1957. While at the Uni-vesity of Arizona, he wasaffiliated with Tau Delta Phi, Tau Beta Pi and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is presently associated with S. B. Barmes Associated, structuralengineers, of Los Angeles. His fiancee is a graduate of Los AngelesU. C. L. A. She is presently employed as a legal secretary in Beverly Hills.After a honeymoon in Hawaii,the couple will reside in Los Angeles.Arrest MadeFRANKFURT, (JTA)—The public prosecutor announced here thatRobert M u 1 k a, former assistant commandant of the concentration camp at Auschwitz, has been arrested. The prosecutor said MuDca will be prosecuted on charges of mass murder of prisoners at Auschwitz.
