MR. AND MRS. LYNWOOD MORGAN announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sylvia, to William Todd, son of Mrs. Robert William Todd and the late Mr. Todd of Freeport. The wedding will be held at the First Baptist Church in Freeport, February 4, at 7 p.m. The Rev. Phillip Brown will officiate. Invitations are extended through the press.
