Earls vs. Gillead Earla.Now comes the plaintiff, by Wolfe, Humphrey Waggoner, her attorneys, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit j that said defendant, Gillead Earls, is not a resident of the State of Indiana . ^ jNotice is therefore hereby given said de- j fendant, that unless he be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Sullivan Circuit Court, to be holden on the fourth Monday of March, A.
