Luncheon Held For Mist TarverMrs, James E. Goad of Rosebud and her daughterMrs. Mickey Patterson ofAbilene were hostesses fora luncheon honoring Miss Gail Tarver of Rosebud,bride-elect of David Ator of Brown wood, Saturday, Jan. 6, at 1:00 p.m., at Spring Lake Country club.Guests were close friends and hostesses for Miss Tarver's pre-nuptial parties. Special guest was Mrs. John Albert Tarver, mother of Miss Tarver.The centerpiece for the luncheon table was an arrangement of pink carnations, white spider mums, and baby's breath, complemented with pink and burgundy ribbons to carry out the bride's chosen colors. Favors were pink net mint bags filled with pink and burgundy buttermints and weTe tied with a burgundy bow.The gift from the hostesses was a silver cake server.The 14 guests were registered in the bride's book.The wedding of Miss Tarver and Mr. Ator will take place Friday, Jan. 12, at 6:00 p.m. in Melwood Baptist church of Brown wood.
