Miss Sylvia DobrichBecomes BrideCf Robert FeeneyMiss Sylvia Dobrich, daughter of Mrs. Mary Dobrich, DePue, became the bride of Robert Feeney, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Emmet Feeney, Davenport, Iowa, on Saturday, Dec. 30.The Rev. A. Dzuryo read the j double ring ceremony in St. Mary’s church, DePue. Nancy Rauh was organist and Miss Wa-nita Suarez, soloist.The bride, given in marriage by her brother, James Dobrich, wore a long white satin wedding gown styled with a front panel of applique satin. Her fingertip length veil of illusion was secured by a pearlized and sequin headpiece, and she carried white stephanotis and green holly leaves.Miss Kathy Lavrin served as bridesmaid. She wore a red taffeta frock and carried white mums.Thomas Feeney served the bridegroom as best man and ushers were Robert Challenger, Jr., and Joseph Feeney.A reception for 200 guests was held in the American Legion hall in Spring Valley.Following their wedding trip to Las Vegas, Nev., the couple will make their home at 914*4 Six- ( teenth street, Moline.The bride is a graduate of DePue high school and Illinois State Normal university. She is teaching in Moline. Her husband, a graduate of St. Ambrose college, Davenport, Iowa, is employed at the Rock Island Arsenal.
