Slawsby - HamelMr. and Mrs. Arnold Slawsby of 3 Liberty Ave., Glens Falls, announce the engagement of their daughter. Gail, to Raymond C. Hamel, son of Raymond P. Hamel of Colebrook, N.H., and the late Selena Hamel.Miss Slawsby is a May, 1975 graduate of Plymouth State College where she received a BS degree inelementary education.Her fiance was graduated in December from Plymouth State College. He was awarded a BS degree in physical education.A Feb. 28 wedding isplanned.The couple will leave in April for Australia where they will be employed under the Victoria Teacher Selection Program
