Martinson of Flint, Mich.Mrs. Kick Chesnes played Treasured Memories and Love's Melody, Mrs, Ralph Hartman sang Wedding Prayer” and a duet with Walter Wickman, O Perfect Love” accompanied by Mrs. Chesnes.BASKETS OF WHITE chry-santhemums with dark blue del-pliiniums decorated the altar, Mrs. Jay Aynsley made all the flowers for the wedding of ribbon.White ribbon and ivy accented the pews and the seven-branch eandelabras on either side of the flower baskets.The bride was given in marriage by her father,HER GOWK WAS white satin with long, slightly bouffant skirt and train made by her brides* maid Marlene Epp. With it the bride wore a white lace jacket.Holding her veil was a band of orange blossoms made of white ribbon. It matched the flowers in her corsage, which were chrysanthemums and orange blossoms backed with net bows.The veil was borrowed from her high school classmate Mrs. Larry Tveit who was married in September,The cross with pearl inset which she wore was a gift to the bride from the bridegroom* Her blue garter was given to her by Mrs. Walter Wickman, LIGHTING THE CANDLES at their sister's wedding were Mary Ellen and David Stock. She wore a blue eyelet embroidery dress with a darker blue rose corsage.Miss Charlena Doran was maid of honor and Miss Glenda Wlllison was a bridesmaid. The attendants wore short, sleeveless dresses of blue satin brocade, made like the bridal gown.They wore white slippers and gloves and corsages of lavender chrysanthemums backed withmoss green tuiie;^-MR. and MRS. JOHN JAMES MARTINSONTHE BRIDE'S BROTHER Bill Stock and Ron Wiitals were ushers, Johnny Chavez of the Ma-kah AFB was best man.Mr, and Mrs. Dale Steele's daughter Denise was flower girl. She wore a blue dress with a white lace top. Her hair was done in a bun with a circlet of pale blue violets and she carried a basket of the same kind of flowers.Mrs. Stock wore a light pink two-piece knit suit with matching accessories. Her corsage was dark pink roses.THE RECEPTION WAS HELD in the church fellowship hall.Mrs. Aynsley made the three* tiered cake with four individual cakes around it*Blue roses, orange blossoms and white wedding bells decorated the cake,Mrs, Harold Wilbur ofOlym-pia and Mrs. Frank Elliott cut the cake.Blue net covered the tea and gift tables. Mrs. Aynsley madethe centerpiece for the tea table of lavender chrysanthemums andwhite stock. It was flanked by three silver eandelabras with lavender candles.MRS. -WILBUR WASHBURN ofPort Angeles served coffee, Mrs. Walter Wickman servec punch. In charge of the kitchen were Mmes. William Murray andHenry Meredith.Miss Darla Doran attended the gift table and Mary Ellen Stocl passed the guest book.Dawn and Christy GUI passec the groom's cake and tiny pack* ages of rice.Out-of-town guests were Mr* and Mrs. Leighton Goodlandex of Bellevue, Mrs. Harold Wil* bur and Susan of Olympia; Mr,and Mrs. Eugene Howard, Mmes*John Mattson and Wesley Sis* son of Port Angeles,Neah Bay guests were Mr, and Mrs. Emil Eck, Minos. O. T. Darling and Georgia Holden.THE BRIDE'S PARENTS entertained 27 members of the wedding party and musicians at a buffet dinner in their home after the rehearsal the night before the wedding.For going away the bride wore a two-piece lace dress with matching pHlbox hat which werc-made by Hartman.Following their wedding trip the newlyweds returned to spend Christmas vacation with her parents.
