Walter Rhodes.A very quiet, but pretty, wedding was solemnized thi3 morning at 11.30 o’clock, at the home of Dr.and Mrs. John T. Dawson, when their daughter, Miss Emily Catherine, became the bride of Mr. W. Walter Rhodes, of Rhodesilaie. The ceremony, which took place in the library of the Dawson home, on Belvedere avenue, was performed by Rev. Edwin S. Hinks, rector of Christ P. J. Church. The room was attractively decorated with potted plants and lighted with candles.The bride wore a suit of brown chiffon broadcloth, with hat and gloves of a corresponding shade. She carried a shower bouquet of Bride M roses. The wedding music was play-I ed by Miss Alethea Mitchell. Inune-?j diately following the ceremony a 1: luncheon was served to the family and wedding guests, after which Mr. and Mrs. Rhodes left by automobile ..! for Seaford. Upon their return they r! will reside at Rhodesdale, where the groom is engaged in farming.Mr. Rhodes is a son of Judge and Mrs. W. L. Rhodes, of Rhodesdale.
