Newby-Petty The engagement of Krista Lee Newby to Lee Travis Petty IV has been an nounced by her parents, Kae oe Tate Newby, Spring field, and Gloria Newby, Wier, Kan. He is the son of Lee and Judy Petty. Joplin. The bride to be graduated from Joplin High School in 1988 and is employed as a travel coordinator by Leggett Platt Inc., Carthage. Her fiance received a general equivalency diploma in 1993 and is employed by Ed’s Electric. Miss Tally is a 1998 graduate of Joplin High School and is attending Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar.
