Olympia Fields Couple Wed in Church C eremonyA red, white and green color scheme marked the holiday nuptials of Miss Janet Rose Stokke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stokke, 3416 Parthenon way, Olympia Fields, and Michael Ray Stought, son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith N. Stought, 207th and Oak lane, Olympia Fields. The Stoughts are former residents of Park Forest.Attendants wearing emerald green velveteen frocks, white fur veiled pillbox hats and white fur muffs preceded the bride to the altar of Faith United Protestant church in Park Forest, the setting for the afternoon wedding.Seven-branched candelabra, white gladioli and pompons decorated the sanctuary where Dr. Gerson Engelmann read the double ring rites. Music, provided by Miss Virginia LeeDel Cotto of Chicago, soloist, and Miss Sharon Connolly of Matteson, organist, included “0 Perfect Love” and “The Lord’s Prayer ”t *PRESENTED in marriage by her father, the bride chose traditional white satin for her wedding gown. It was designed with a portrait neckline, an Empire waistline andan A-line skirt with a detachable chapel train. She wore a butterfly veil of nylon illusion gathered to a jeweled tiara and carried a cascade of butterfly roses and greenery.Red shredded carnations, holly leaves and red streamers were pinned to the muffs worn by Mrs. David Ranieri, matron of honor for her twin sister; the bridesmaids, Miss Nancy Stought, sister of the bridegroom, Mrs. Kellev Thrun, a college friend, and Mrs. John Cozz.i, a grammar school friend: and the junior bridesmaid, Miss Lynn Williams, cousin of the bride. Their frocks were styled wi'hportrait necklines, long skirtsand satin cummerbunds marking the slight Empire bodices. The flower girl, Miss Mer-rilee Stought, sister of the bridegroom, wore a dress similar to those of the other young women but pinned her corsage to a white basket ofred rose petals.* * *MR. STOl GUT was attended bv his brother, A3/C Richard Stought, Williams AFB,Arizona; Kenneth Veverka of Oak Lawn; Richard Dunlap of Richton Park: and RichardBradford of Harvey. Another brother, Gregory Stought, wasjunior groomsman.For the festivities, Mrs.Stokke appeared in a goldcrepe street-length frock and Mrs. Stought in a cranberry velvet dress. Both wore mink stoles and corsages of phael-anopsis orchids.Guests from Michigan, Iowa, New Jersey and Illinois attended the reception in Marvell hall in South Chicago Heights Among them werethe bride’s grandmother, Mrs.Letty Stought of Middlesex, N.J., and the bridegroom’s grandmother, Mrs. Ernest Powers of Oskaloosa, Iowa.The couple’s first address is 327 West Adams, Macomb, 111., where the bridegroom, a 1962 Rich East graduate, is a senior in the Business Administration school at Western Illinois university. Also a 1962 Rich East alumna, the bride was graduated in June from Northern Illinois university in DeKalb with a degree in Business Administration.
