Hokel, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Hokel, iwere married at St. Paul’s parsonage at 4:30 p. m. on Friday December 24, Rev. A. H. Schultz per* forming the double ring ceremony.The bridal couple was attended by Miss Frances Goecke and Kermlc Hokel, the latter a brother of the bridegroom. The bride wore a rust dress with green trimming and a corsage of Talisman roses and ehrtsanthemums. Her maid also wore a rust dress withgreen trimming.Following the ceremony a two course wedding supper was seryed to twelve guests ait the homo of the bride’s parents.Mrs, Hokel has been a resident of State Center all her life and was graduated from 'the local high school with the class of 1937. Mr. Hokel, who lias been assisting his father in. the Hokel Market, came to State Center in June, 1935, and was also a member of the class of 1937 ot the local hi|h .school. They plan to make .their home in State Center.
