Floih-Schmitgen Vow* ExchangedHarrold — A candlelight cer-j' emony the evening of Saturday., Dec. 30, at the Immanuel Luther- lt;an Church in Harrold, united in marriage Edna Veral Schmitgen and Stanley Leland Foth.The double ring ceremony was used with the Rev. Karl Lassan-of Lebanon in charge.The bride is the daughter of ithe late Mr. and Mrs. Honrv Schmitgen of Harrold and Mr. Foth is the son of Mr. and Mrs Jacob Foth of Mountain Lake. Minn. He has been employed for some time in the Harrold-Onida community.The bride’s brother Joseph of Blue Earth, Minn., gave her in marriage. She wore a gown of white slipper satin. Ethel Schmitgen, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and Edna Foth, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid Attending the bridegroom were Dennis Behrends and Lewis j Schmitgen. Ushers were Donald Fast and Alvin Schmitgen.There were 200 in attendance at the reception held in the church basement.The couple are spending their 1 honeymoon in Minnesota after which Mr. Foth will leave for army service.
