Mr. Erwin Ahrans and Mins (Hilda Krause «ere united in marriage at the Lutheran church on the afternoon of December 27, Rev. E. Hannemann speaking the beautiful ceremony.The contracting parties, accompanied by their immediate relatives, entered the church toj the strains of Lohengrin's Bri-idal March, played by Mins Ida Kaase. Miss Lillie Lueke sang *T Love You Truly.Miss Lillie Krause, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid, and Mr. Herbert Ahrens, a cousin to the bridegroom, was best man.After the ceremony the newlyweds were the recipients of congratulations and best wishes from relatives and friends.A bounteous supper was served at the bride’s home and heartily enjoyed by everyone present.The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. VV. Krause of this place and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rein-hard Ahrens of Karnes City,The Eagle wishes the newlyweds a happy married life.
