Texas, were wed Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. at the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. The Rev. Nellie Holmes of Deerfield performed the double-ring ceremony.Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs JoeC. Benson Jr . Garden City. The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. James McGlone of Middletown, Ohio.The bride was given in marriage by her father. Mary Winter Smith, Mound City, served as maid of honor. Best man was Billy Lawrence of San Antonio.The bride is a graduate of both Kansas State University and Columbia University. She has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s in historic preservation. She is an architect with the Chumney/Urritia firmA graduate of the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in architecture, the groom is a partner of Alamo Architects.After a wedding trip to Morelia, Mexico, they are at home in San Antonio.
