.Harbert-Salisbury Rites Performed on New Year’sIn the presence of a small group of relatives and intimate friends, Miss Margaret B. Salisbury and Richard L. Harbert exchange^ marriage vows yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Salisbury, 111 Eighth avenue east,^ with Rev. Mark C. Cronen- berger, pastor of the FirstChristian church, officiating at thesingle ring rites. Invitation* wore issued to forty guests for the nuptials.Nuptial MusicThroughout the ceremony, J. E. Hill played a medley^of appropriate ; melodies on his Electric organ, and also played Lohengrin's Wedding March as members of the bridal party took their places before an improvised altar. A* lattice-work arrangement of smilax and ferns and pastel sweet peas in white pottery formed the background for the ceremony, “One of the prettiest of the- holiday, season.Miss Phyllis Thometz of Boise officiated as 'maid of honor for. the bride and Grant lawyer of Twin ^Falls. University of Nevada .at Reno student, was best man lor Mr. Harbert.Bride's AttireThe bride was gowned in a while net over white taffeta, floor length gown with basque waist, full skirt and wrist-length sleeves. Her fingertip veil was-held in place with a coronet of seed pearls and bridal bouquet was of white sweet, peas and yellow rose buds.. Her attendant was frocked__in_a {.urquoise marquisette gown,- floor-length an/3 full skirted. Her bouquet was of sWeet peas and gardenias.For her daughter's wedding. Mrs. Salisbury was gowned in a black afternoon frock, beaded in turquoise, and her corsage was* of gardenias.Receptioh ArrangedImmediately following the ceremony. a reception was arranged with tiie bride cutting'her three-tiered, decorated wedding cake in traditional manner. —The wedding cake, flanked • on either side by pink tapers in crystalholders, .centered the lace'- covered refreshment table.Dining room assistants were intimate friends of the bride. Miss Virginia Taber, student at Pepperdine college; Miss Marilyn Brizee, student at the University of Idaho, southern branch at Pocatello, and Miss Esther Tjfie Nichols, student at the University of Idaho at Moscow.Out-of-town guests at the wedding and reception/ besides Miss Thometz and Mr. Sawyer, included Mrs. S. D. Henry ' of Los Angeles, aunt of the bride.Mrs. Harbert.'s going away ensemble was a wine-colored suit with ail wine accessories.To Live In Twin FallsFollowing a wedding trip to an unannounced destination. Mr. and Mrs. Harbert will be at home at the Read apartments after January c.Both are graduates of Twin Falls 'high school. The bridegroom is a graduate of the Carey high school with the class of 1035. He has been employed in Butte for the past several months.Mr. and Mrs. W. O.
