J. C.L Kryder, of Parvin, Pa., was brilliantlyL • I illaminated and beautifully decorated for the grand occasion of the marriage of their accomplished daughter, Adda S. to Hr Norman L. Hayes, a prominent young miller of Kennedy, X. Y.Promptly as the clock struck six, to the harmonious strains of the wedding march“Mendelssohn Bartboldy rendered by the bride's sister, Ellen, the bride and groom, preceded by Maggie and Mabel, sisters of the bride, as maids of honor, Kryder and Idella Frazier, nephew and niece of Hie bride as florists, marched to the parlor and stood under a floral horseshoe encircled by a beautiful wreath, where they were met by Rev. T. Derr, of Lock Haven, who in i his usual good style in a few moments nude the two hearts beat as one. (Rev. J. M. * Rankle, of Ilnblereburg, Pa., pastor of the j bride, was to officiate but could not possibly 1 be present.)The bride was dressed in lavender lans-dowu, trimmed in velvet mouseline do soie aud pearl and wore white slippers. The groom was dressed in the usual conven-tinal black.After the ceremony Mr. aud Mrs. Hayes and the guests were marched to the diningroom where a bounteous sapper, second to none (Mrs. Kryder bos the honor of preparing) awaiting them. To do justice to such an immense spread took no little time and the evening hoars passed so rapidly tlut the time of departure came rather unexpected.Mr. and Mrs. Haves, amidst great showers of rice, left for Clintondale. •fter spending a few days of their “honey moon*’ bs j with their friends and relatives. Mr. and 11! Mrs. Hayes will leave for Kennedy, X. Y., where they will make their future boine.
