RAIFSNIDER-HOYLER — The engagement and approaching marriage of Miss Barbara Anne Raifsnider and James Glenn Hoyler is announced by Mr. and Mrs. Philip James Raifsnider of Denver, Colo., parents of the bride-elect. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cleo E. Hoyler, 128 N. Sumner. Miss Raifsnider attended Foothill College, Los Altos, Calif., and the University of Oklahoma, Norman. Mr. Hoyler, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Sigma Nu social fraternity, received his commission as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force in January. The wedding is planned for the afternoon of March 18 in University Park Methodist Church Chapel,
