Mr. John Harrison and Miss Obie ('launch were married at the home of the bride’s mother Sunday. 14th. Rev. Jean performed the cermony. Those present were, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Wilson. Mr. and Mrs.Evan Fisher. Mr. and Mrs.Calvin Crowley, Mr. and Mrs.J. (I. ('launch and family. Mrs. Annie White and family. Mrs. Ruth Cox and little son. Bertie Lee. Mr. and Mrs. Josh Fisher, Jr. and family, Mr. HarrisonFisher. Misses Arva McLin, Julia Fisher. Olive and Oma Cook. After the ceremony they all went to Center Grove to hear Bro. Jean preach He preached a good sermon. Then they went back to Mrs. Claunchs’ where luncheon was served, and after dinner the bride and groom went to Prof. Fulks’ to have some pictures made, but Mr.Fulks had loaned his machine so they didn't get the pictures made.On Monday night quite a nice little crowd took them on surprise and charivaried them. It took quite a little time to awaken them, and some of the men from town were phoning out there to see if the U. S. had gone into war.Josh Fisher, Jr. is doing some work on Mrs. Claunch’s farm this week.
