TO BE MARRIEDMr. and Mrs. Billy R. Taliaferro of Melvin, Texas announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Barbara Gayle, to Daron Lee Smith of Caldwell, son of Sir. and Mrs. Ernest C. Smith, also of Caldwell. The wedding date has been set for April 6 at the home of the bride’s parents. Miss Taliaferro is a graduate of Melvin High School and is attending Durham's Business College in Austin. Her fiance is a graduate of Caldwell High School and has attended Blinn and Sam Houston State College at Huntsville.
