Watro, Rochester, N.Y.Miss Brown is a graduate of Fort Hill High School and obtained a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Frost-burg State College She is employed as a systems engineer with the Singer Company, simulation systems division, Silver SpringMr Watro, a resident of Cumberland, graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor of science degree in pulp and paper science engineering He is employed by Westvaco as an unbleached pulp mill supervisor.The wedding is planned*Miss Lonny J.
