NORMAN ALLENNorman Allen claimed Jean Self as his bride on Feb. 12 and they have returned to Corona after a weddirlg tfip to San Francisco. Mr. Allen will leav£ on March 15 for duty with the U. 'S. Air IJorce at Tulle Air Force Base in Greenland.One-hundred relatives and friends witnessed the double-ring ceremony in the Church of Christ, which was read by R. Lowell Apple-bury, pastor of the church. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Delia Lyman, 950 Beverly drive and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Collins of 9.16 Merrill street.Attendants for thp couple were Nancy DeWitt, Laudoska Moore,Richard Allen, Bill Humble and Robert Allen.' A reception in the church followed the ceremony.The bride is a senior in Corona high school and her school activities include Hi-Tri, Girls’ League, Rooter’s Club and G.A.A. She is a majorette with the high school band.The bridegroom was graduated from Corona high school in 1953.
