MARRIED AT UPTONFay Shockley and Miss Jennie Ojt Made Man and Wife.i -Last Saturday afternoon, Fay Shockley and Miss Jennie Orr after visiting the county clerk at Tipton, went around to the Christian parsonage and were pronounced man and wife by the Rgy* Moore.The groom is a son of Mr, and Mr*-, John C. Shockley, and is an industrious young man of splendid habits, and the bride a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alph Orr. Both are splendid young people and from two of our most highly respected families- They have a host of frinds whom we join in extending congratulations and best wishes*After the cermony the young couple went at once to their future home south of town, on the J. C, Shockley farm, which had been newly furnished and was awaiting their occupancy.
