Whitnier, living in Bethlehem township, three miles east of Navarre and Francesco Whitmire, of the same locality, were mar-mied, Wednesday, at 12 o‘clock, at the home of the bride’s parents by the Rev. B. L. Westenberger, pastor of the Faith Lutheran chapel in this city. The young people were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Homer Whitmer, a bride and^groom of but a few months. The ceremony was performed in the presence of the members of the two families and some twelve intimate friends for whom dinner was served afterward. Mr. and Mrs. Whitmire will go to housekeeping at once on a farm in Bethlehem township which the groom has recently purchased.
