On Wednt-sday ol last week, by the Rev. V'. Whitford, at Bowesmont, Miss Katie M**Leod and Robert Booth were united in wedlock. At the invitation of Mr. and Mrs. John Booth, of this place, a number • *1 friends and neighbors assembled to meet tht; happy couple upon their return from Bowesmont. The hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. J. Booth was ful y appreciated and enjoyed and a very pleasant time wan spent. The groom is a brother of (oho Booth, of this place, and the bride lately arrived from Canada They intend to commence housekeeping on their farm in the near future.
