Announce Engagement.Miss Marie Nott entertained the members of a small Bridge club in her home Monday evening, at a miscellaneous shower for Miss Mildred Hanlon, who is soon to become the bride of A. J. Anderson, of Kewanee.After refreshments and Miss Hanlon had received her presents, Miss Nott surprised the guests by announcing her own engagement to Carl F.1 Novak, of Kewanee. ]A miscellaneous shower was held Monday afternoon in the home of Mrs. A. E. Bergland for Miss Hanlon.
