Burton, 1220 Duff Ave., was married to Larry Dean Camden, Nevada, Feb. 11. The Rev. R. A. Camden, Peoria, 111., father of the groom, performed the ceremony at the Nevada Christian Tabernacle. Camden is also the son of Mrs. Herb Ansel-roe, Nevada.Linda Burton, sister of the bride, was at the organ. Don Fleming,sang.The bride wore a white wedding gown of pure silk organ/aover taffeta and net. The scoop neckline dipped to a mediumlow back. Three-quarter-lengthsleeves were gathered at the elbow with wide cuffs of re-embroidered lace. Three panels of matching lace adornedthe front of the bodice from neckline to waist. The full, ballerina skirt was highlighted by a wide hem. The belt had a front bow of organza.The bride’s circular, shoulder-length veil was attached to a band of organza petals centered with pearls. She wore a strand of pearls and carried a cascade bouquet ot red roses and white delphinium. She was escorted to the altar byher father.Mrs. Clarence Burton, Des Moines, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honor. Gloria Dahl, Kelley, was bridesmaid. They wore gowns of red silk organza over red taffeta, designed with scoop necklines, puffed sleevesand bouffant skirts. They carriedhand bouquets of white carnations.Best man w'as Clarence Burton, Dt s Moines, brother of the bride, Harvey Fields, Ames, was groomsman. Ushers were Robert Minor, Audubon and William Farrington,Nevada,A reception w'as held in the church parlors. Mrs. Harvey Fields, Ames, and Mrs. John White, Nevada, cut cake. Coffee was served by Mrs. Robert Hammond, Boone. Mrs. W'ayne Craw ford, Ames and Mrs. R. A. Camden, Peoria, served punch.Trip to IllinoisIllinois was the destination of a wedding trip. The couple will be at home at 919 Sixth St., Nevada, after Feb. 18.The bride was graduated from Ames High School and is employed at the data processing department of Iowa State University. Camden was graduated from Nevada High School and is employed by the Nevada Community Schools.Immediate relatives attending the wedding from out-of-town included R. A Camden, father of the groom, and Mrs. Camden. Peoria. 111., and Mrs. Martin Collins, Adel, grandmother of the groom.Showers were given by Mrs Clarence Burton and Mrs. HarryBiester; Mrs. Eugene Henson, Mrs. John White, Mrs. Harvey Fields, Mrs, Harry Sutherland, Mrs. Ralph Machlan, and W'.M.C's of Nevada Christian Tabernacle.
