Carey, Special Judge, where be entered into a «on-iitinuing recognizance bond'in the sum1 of $500 with Henry Brandt Sr., and j \V. li. Robinson as sureties. The ’ action was filed in the Justice of l'eaee Smith's court several days ago'i1. I ’ ■ I ^.1 ■ I — |----but was transferred to the * circuit court and a new affidavit tiled.
