EVIDENCE HEARD IN WARREN CASETIME FOR HEARING ARGUMENT OF ATTORNEYS NOT YETSET.HHE PAST WEEK IN COURTThe Cause of Frank L. Ridge vs the Indianapolis Northwestern Traction Company for Damages Set for Next Monday.The evidence has'all been taken in the cause of Kathalene Warren vs George W. Warren, for divorce, but owing to the death of a relative of Attorney Johnson the time for hearingthe argument has not been determined, but will probably some time next week. Owing to the spicy and sensational nature of the charges madeand the evidence introduced, the public was excluded and trial conducted behind closed doors. This was done by agreement of the parties interested, and only the court officials, attorneys, and witnesses were allowed to be present. Jones Murphy, of Crawfords-ville and S. M. Ralston, of this city, appeared for the plaintifT, while the defendant was represented by Johnston Johnston, of Crawfordsville.
