Announcement is made here today of the marriage of Rhea Jeanne Mc Gurk, to George Grainger, which took place Sunday, February 12, 1939, in the Centre Street M. E. church, Cum berland, Md. Rev. Ridgley was the of ficiating minister. The bride, daughter of Mrs. Olive McGurk, is a graduate of Uniontown Senior High school, class of ‘38. For the past few months she has been as sociated with Kaufmann’s department store, Pittsburgh. Mr. Grainger, son of Mrs. M. A. Grainger, is associated with Reming ton Rand, Pittsburgh. He is a gradu ate of Uniontown High, class of ‘36. For the ceremony, the bride wore a royal blue ensemble, with dubonnet accessories and corsage of talisman roses and spires. Miss Virginia Fram, who chose an ensemble of gold with mixed corsage, and Paul Atkinson were the only attendants. The marriage, which climaxed a high school romance, was quietly sol emnized at 12:30 o’clock. The couple will reside in Pittsburgh.
