IFOUNTAIN- PAXTON.It) the parlor* of Zeiger hotel, Si Paso, Wednesday afternoon, :waa solemnized the marriage of : Mi** Katharine Fountain and Mr. J. H. Paxton, both of Las Graces, ceremony being performed at three o'clock by Rey. Roy of KI Pa*o. Mr. and Mr*. J. P. Asca-rat-e, Mite Nemecia A sc a rate and Mr. J. P, Davis, of La* Cruces, were witnesses to the adair, and | present at the wedding luncheon ! which followed the ceremony.| ' mThe newly-married couple, after ( receiving congratulation*, left for a short trip into Mexico. After their return tdiey will be at home I to their friends in the Frank Amador house opposite home of j W. J. Stevens.The bride is youngest daughter j of Mrs. A. J, Fonntam, and sister j of Albert Fountain, of Mesilla, was born and raised here, and her bright manner and cheerful disposition have won her manr j friends. She has efficiently tilled a position in the laud office for I several years, and will be greatly missed from her post there. Mr. Paxton is a lawyer of ability, who has resided here the past- half-dozen years.
