Focht, son of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Foct, of Wellsboro.The bride-elect graduated from Metamora High School and the Mennonite Hospital School of Nursing in Illinois. Her fiance, a graduate of the Wellsboro Charleston Area High School, is currently serving with the U.S. Army in Hawaii.A spring wedding is planned in Peoria, Illinois.
