Putney-Solberg Rites Plannedt Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kent Putney of Burlington, Iowa, are announcing the engagement and - approaching marriage of their daughter, Judith Ann to Herbert Gordon Solberg Jr.r son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Gordon Solberg, who live north of Las Cruces. .The Bride-Elect Miss Putney is a IMG graduate of Burlington High School, Burlington, Iowa, where she was a National Merit Scholarship finalist in he rsenior year. She was employed at the New Mexico State University Observatory during the summer of 1D6G,The bride-elect attended Burlington College last semester and plans to-continue her col-t lege work at New Mexico State University.
