Rhodes-Calvert !Alonzo E. Calvert and Verna E. j Rhodes were united in marriage at j the home of Wm. Follett, uncle of the groom, Wednesday evening January 28th. Miss Rhodes is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rhods of Guthrie Center. Mr. Calvert is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Calvert of Bayard.The bridal party consisted of the bride and groom, Ross and Floyd Calvert, brothers of the groom, R. Greenfen, Ina Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Follett. !The bride and groom are well j known and highly respected young people. They left Thursday for a 1 short wedding trip.
