GOLDEN WEDDING.For two persons to live together, as man and wife, for a half century, is a rare occurence; yet it is our pleasure to announce that this good fortune has happened to Mr. and Mrs. A. Barbour, who, on next Tuesday, the 17th inst, will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage. In honor of the event, Hon. R. P. Efllngcr and His wife, the son-in-law and daughter of the venerable pair, will give a recep-lion to them and their friends upon that evening, at their spacious residence on Main street. The occasion will undoubtedly be a joyous one, and we wish the aged couple the recurrence of many more blissful anniversaries.
