uivi7E,ii v/r ruoLiii.Aiiun,This is a suit for an absolute divorce. The bill recites the marriage of the parties September 8th, 1916, by the Rev. James Smiley, at Annapolis, Md. That there was no issue therefrom. That the plaintiff has resided in the State of Maryland for more than the -past two years, but that the defendant is a non-resident of Maryland, and when last heard from was in the State of Kentucky, where he was then residing. That the defendant deserted and abandoned the plaintiff January 15th, 1917; that said abandonment has been continued and uninterrupted for more than the past three years; that it is deliberate and final and without reasonable hope or expectation of a reconciliation, and was without just cause or provocation.It is thereupon ordered, by the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, this 26th day of January, 1920, that the plaintiff notify the absent defendant of the institution of this suit by causing a copy of this order to be advertised in some daily newspaper published in Baltimore City, once a week for four successive weeks before the 26th day of February, 1920, warning the absent defendant to be and appear In thl» Court on or before the 13th day of March, 1920, and show cause, if any he may have, why the decree should not be granted as prayed.ROBERT F.
