PROBATE NOTICES,flOMMONWEALTlf OF MA8SACHU-VJ SETTS—MIDDLESEX, ss.—CO CRT OF INSOLVENCY. In the ease of JOHN J. TRACT of Marlborough, in said county, insolvent debtor. Whereas, a discharge has been refused said debtor by the court for the sole reason that the assent of the requisite majority of his creditors to his receiving Ids discharge was not seasonably obtained and filed, and said debtor has pi escnted his petition representing that the failing to seasonably file such assent of his creditors w is occasioned by accident or mistake, or other sufficient cause, and without any fault of his own, and praying that a discharge may be granted to him pursuant to the provisions of the ninetieth section of the one hundred and fifty seventh chapter of the Public Statutes: It is therefore ordered that said debtor give public notice of his said petition, and that a hearing thereon will be hud a£$a Courfiof Insolvency, to be held at Cambridge, in said comity of Middlesex, on the twenty-third day of February, instant, at nine o’clock in the forenoon, by publishing this order on two different days, in the newspaper called the Boston Post, printed at Boston, at which time creditors may show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
