Miss Eileen Steffos, James Glover WedC'liglDaiThiMil1Lei 2 1 MrMiss Eileen Barbara Steffos, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory B. Steffos, 813* Avenue G, and James Dudley Glover, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kirk D. Glover of Marceline, Mo., were married at 9 a. m. Saturday,Feb. 3. The Rev. W. B. Sondag read the double ring ceremony and nuptial mass in the St. Mary Catholic church. The altar was decorated with tall white tapers and red roses.Miss Ann Peterschmidt, at the organ, played “Processional”, Rossini, and ‘‘Recessional”, Mal-ard. She also accompanied Mrs. Hollis Masters in four selections: “Ave Maria”, Arcadelt; “Panis Angelicus”, Oscar Franks; “Oh Lord I Am Not Worthy”; and “On This Day Oh Beautiful Mother” as the bride placed a bouquet on the altar of the Blessed Virgin Mary.Nylon Lace The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her gown of nylon lace and net over taffeta, patterned with marquisette yoke, sleeves pointed over the hand, and sculptured bodice, was scalloped at yoke and waist. The bouffant skirt of double nylon net over taffeta fell into a slight train. Orange blossoms formed the tiara which held in place the fingertip blusher veil of silk illusion. She carried a shower bouquet of white roses. Mias Marilyn Steffos, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Delphenium blue net over taffeta, her cap sleeved dress was designed similarly to that of the bride. Wearing long net gloves, she carried a shower bouquet of Johanna Hill roses. She wore a matching headdress.The bridegroom and best man, Dale Hoskins, Marceline. were attired in blue suits. Their boutonnieres were white carnations. Carl Craff, Fort Madison, and Bernard Raumblefinger, Marceline, ushered.Mrs. Frank Gucker, Marceline, foster mother of the bridegroom, was in navy blue and wore a red rose corsage. Following the ceremony, the bridal party went to Sacred Heart hospital, where the bride’s mother is a patient. 4DineBreakfast was served to the bridal party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Abel, 834 Avenue F. The immediate families and friends of the bridal pair dined at the Lincoln Hotel at 12 o’clock. Centering the table was the wedding cake, a white confection, the double wedding ring, surrounded by sweetpeas and smilax.Fort their wedding trip of undisclosed destination the i bride wore a navy blue suit with blue accessories and a corsage of red roses. A graduate of Catholic Central high school, she is employed in the office of the Northwestern Bell Telephone company. Mr. Glover, an alumnus of St. Bonaventure high school, Marceline, served 30 months in the U. S. army. Most of this time was spent in combat duty in Europe. He is employed as a brakeman by the Santa Fe railroad. After February 10, Mr. and Mrs. Glover will live at 4164 Avenue D.Out of town guests included Frank Gucker, Dolores Gucker, Marceline; Mrs. H.
