This was a mBs- ceellaneous shower given by the force 'at Hoaglin’s Department Store, where 1 Mrs. Young has 6een one of the competent and obliging (lerks for the lastfour or five years.The shower was a complete surprise to Mrs. Young. The gifts brought by the variousmembers of the party wero very beau tiful and useful and each one was acompanied by an original poem.
